Another corporation nickle and diming employees and patients to make a profit. Punished for putting the customer first. So when you abide by policy, corporate office makes you feel like an idiot by putting the customer first "for you". Backwards company. Employees who have invested years and developed talent get shameful penny raises, where new hires get subsatantial dollar amounts at hire. Old employee 10 years in at $10/hr. New hire with no optical experience at $15/hr. Way to keep turn over rate down. Invest on already invested talent!
Cons
Wish this already great monster of a company would appreciate their positive employees with a fair challenge. Give more of a voice to us and allow us the power to actively make this company greater than it already is.
