Pros

Standard employee discount most retail companies offer nothing special

Cons

- From specialized cleaning to equipment maintenance you have to do everything by yourself. Raise a ticket but they’ll always reject to save budget. - Poor work life balance, rules for vacations and day offs differed from what’s on paper. You and your team will be expected to shift your schedule last minute to accommodate a predicted business needs, but prediction is always skewed from reality. - Archaic systems, takes 15 min to open an email and need to clear cache before using any apps. Time wasted while waiting for things to start again. - Long and frequent meetings taking time away from floor, tons of unnecessary paperworks etc, as expected when retail experts are managed by people without retail experience.
