- rules are clearly written out - have managing doctors to help guide you - Sunday bonus is helpful but spiffs are very minimal
Cons
- work in a dozen stores with no consistent schedule - below average hourly rate compared to other optometrist jobs - always working on weekends. You will rarely get sat and/or Sundays off
