      Flexible schedule, very happy with a wonderful manager

      Cons

      Low pay, salary much lower than at other optical companies for my 16 years with LensCrafters and my 37 years in the optical field.

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
