      Great frames, co-workers are helpful, you get a free pair every year on your anniversary

      Cons

      Low pay which is unfair considering Lenscrafters is owned by Luxottica which owns everything.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
