Full-time employees are almost always scheduled under 35 hours a week and paid hourly which makes earnings less. Upper management very much pushes employees to sell highest prices possible to customers. Unpleasant place to work unless you love high pressure sales and constantly being micromanaged by management. Only get bonuses if the whole store makes goal which is rare. Only 5 day vacation first year
