Pros
none. all the promises are empty. It was good in the beginning but that lasted very briefly. Run far away!!
Cons
Everything. Overworked, short staffed, people are not trained properly, lack of respect for federal laws & licensure, management is unethical. Human resources is biased & a staff of about 5 for this multi- million dollar company. Opticians are quitting left & right & drs as well. No room for growth. Dead end job! only accept if you have NO OTHER OFFERS!
