Pros
Your always learning something new, you are pushed heavily to improve. Your ability to think on your toes is tested. You will learn skills that will teach you to become a great leader and help run a business.
Cons
Everything you learn is out of being over-worked, undervalued, and in a kill or be killed environment. You learn to rise above it because you have no choice. If you have a growth mindset you are chastised for it. Your opinion on how to help grow your team doesn't matter. Promotions are dangled in front of your face and used as leverage to keep you around but management will always promote for the outside. Being overworked is an understatement. Stores are mismanaged and unorganized. Customers see this and write reviews about it and instead of uppermanagment doing something about it the employees are once again chastised and forced to ask customers to rate hire on reviews.
