Pros
Optician license reimbursement, continuing ed paid for. Onsite lab is great for customer service emergencies (broken or lost glasses emergencies, etc)
Cons
no work life balance, not interested in professional opticians - want retail sales people (ie. Victoia's Secret, Limited, etc.) was actually TOLD this by regional manager. unreasonable goals, training consists of hard sell disguised as latest technology
