-The hours model is absolutely ridiculous. The brand does not support you if you're having a bad week in sales. Expectation is to cut as many hours as you can and pretty much have salaried leaders work themselves to exhaustion. -Most decision making is not collaborative with employees working in the field. -The leadership style is very much like a dictatorship. -There is a major disconnect with whats happening at a store level and upper management -The new in-store measurements system has gone backwards in technology -Some departments seem to be over funded( training+marketing) -This brand is not eco-friendly at all, wastes too much marketing material -Too many tracks, trainings and compliance reports and not enough time to complete as you're constantly trying to cut hours. -The expectations are ridiculous based on how resources are provided -Have to attend meetings and respond to emails on days off as many times subject will say" critical response needed".
