We do want to emphasize that we take pride in having an excellent engagement score and inclusivity score among our employees, scoring 8,4 out of 10 on how satisfied our employees are with Lenus. We measure employee feedback monthly and define organizational development accordingly. In general our employees rate their job here at Lenus high, emphasizing autonomy, freedom of opinion and overall engagement.
At Lenus, we perceive our people as the root of our business. We have a high focus on employee retention, and thankfully many employees have been with us from the very beginning.
We follow the feedback and engagement score closely, and we take action when it is needed. This is also why we strongly encourage our employees to reach out to our competent people team people@lenus.io or directly to one of our People Business Partners, if they see or feel something unjust.
This is the only way we can learn and improve from the experiences of every employee.
