Poorly Managed Company - Customer Service Representative Leon Cycle Employee Review

Very poorly managed company that I recommend avoiding. Management doesn't truly exist, and everything is micromanaged by the CEO, who acts erratically, emotionally, and inappropriately. The lack of a decent structure makes even simple tasks difficult. Employees are not treated well and there is no regard for work-life balance. Pay comes late often.
