Business outlook

Pros

Cyber is a smaller division within a significantly larger business. Easy to talk to colleagues and be known within the team. Work/life balance highly flexible, and people leaders are very accomodating of one's personal circumstances. Lot's of oppurtunity for personal growth and setting one's own career plans.

Cons

There has been periods where the number of projects were low, which meant occasional under-utilisation. Working with wider business outside our division is challenging given internal politics.
