Pros
Work life balance is good, flexible work hours and WFH. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful
Cons
Workload is really high, made worse by lack of personnel across the business. Most people seem to do more than one role as they have to plug gaps. Senior leadership changes regularly & don't take action to address the concerns of those under them
