Pros
-Production Managers are generally laid back and flexible about hours, etc as long as you do your work - A young, fun group of people.
Cons
-Like many TV production companies, there is a culture of favoritism to some employees in terms of salary, time off and opportunities for development--relationships with the right people are rewarded more than merit. -Most shows aren't that interesting and are highly formulaic, therefore it can get a bit boring after a while. Try and hop around from series to series if you can.
