      Pros

      Good people. They're thinking outside the box to unseat oppressive, extractive business practices and break down barriers so more people can get into tech. I was paid for a fellowship to learn UX when I had zero experience.

      Cons

      Umm, they're (purposely) small, so they can't employ the whole city?
