Great management and environment. Great friendships.

I don't have much to say about cons.

Decent payment, specially for doing nothing. Bonus payment to get you own insurance, since they don't offer benefits.

Everything else!. I agree with another review that says, everyone looks miserable here. Management, specially the girls are so rude and unfriendly, they don't know nothing and do nothing. I saw a couple of people leave and couple others getting hired in less than 3 months. I quite my self before that period. I couldn't stand getting paid for doing nothing. Environment is miserable, plus nothing real to do. CEO was nice as first, but he was almost never there. I think he trusts too much on his managers. Don't know if he knows what really goes on when is out or even care.
