To much favoritism, so if your not the favorite get ready to work a lot without hearing a thank you, while other people get to slack and no one says anything. All you hear is negatives of everything you do, never anything positive. Never had a job where I felt so unappreciated. The owners don't care about your concerns or you as a human being. The pay is low and there's really not much growth in the company. Heard offensive racist comments and acts toward certain minority groups while management acts like it's something funny. So disappointed and hurt about this place. Too much gossip, management doesn't talk to you straight when they have an issue, then tell everyone else but you.
