      Pros

      Flexible Hours. Nice looking new showroom. Good Sample Sales. Major plus if you are Korean.

      Cons

      Finances are a mess - no business plan or direction. Kept changing the pay structure - went from weekly, so every 2 weeks, to monthly and then they just missed pay periods. Very unstable. Seemed like they were always struggling.
