I'm not sure who you are as your comment is anonymous, but we do work to get every team member work with a client. However, if you cancel a contract with a client, that is a huge red flag for us as it doesn't help the company, it creates a challenge for the client, who then either cancels services or is unhappy. Pros

The company has a friendly and supportive work environment. My teammates and managers are easy to talk to and always willing to help. I feel valued and appreciated in my role. There are good opportunities to learn new skills and grow. The work setup is organized, and communication is clear, which makes my job easier and enjoyable.

Cons

Honestly, way better than what a bunch of other companies are offering. * The team’s got your back with their support and willingness to collaborate. * Management is approachable, hands-on, and genuinely cares about you and your growth. * You get to learn with their paid courses and weekly access to mentoring sessions on different niches like GHL, Facebook Ads, etc. * Every week, you get face time with the higher-ups, even the owner, Joe Rare, to address client or work issues. * Remote-friendly with fixed hours for full-time and flexible schedules for VAs.

Cons

* Work is sometimes fast-paced, so you need to stay organized and be on your toes every shift. * Dealing with clients can be challenging, but support is always available.
