      Pros

      Good consider for a gaming enthusiast since it was a gaming publisher. Good stepping stone.

      Cons

      Due to lack of personnel, you have to work for long hours. Company start to fall, since there are many competition with gaming industry (game consoles, web, cellphones)

      Great environment to work out, enjoyable co-workers. Management does not treat you like a number

      Cons

      Pay could be higher, along with the morning meeting could sometime be wrapped up a lot quicker
