The small size of this start up has not allowed for much stability.

* Level Up Village is a start-up, so if you like a start-up atmosphere where you might have to deal with multiple jobs, it is a right fit for you. * The people running the place are pretty reasonable and appreciate employees based primarily on their merits first. * The CEO is a really nice person.

* Dealing with the costs of starting the company can cause limitations. * Like any company dealing with education, work isn't evenly spread out over the year. The summer is when they re-tool and it can get very busy.
