Small organization and lot of responsibilities. Good opportunity to learn and develop new skills. Work very closely to SAP and provide exposure to SAP full time resource to network. Good company to start your career or work as an independent
Cons
No support on projects to new consultants in the field. Only concentrate on Billable work. Separation process is a;ways very difficult and unprofessional. Lacks leadership to grow business. No standard process in place and every thing is case by case bases. Pay way under market rates and very difficult to have a conversation regarding relocation
