      Pros

      Not many things to do. Even the managers browse Facebook, look at personal stuff, and do online shopping during work hours. IT is one of the slackest ever and will never admit it IT's fault for screwing up.

      Toxic work culture, gossip, and backstabbing. values boot-licking more than actual contribution. bosses and managers encourage boot-licking. no 13th month as they claim they are a "modern company" and don't practice 13th month

      Pros

      Work life balance, no work load, play and chat during working hour, can do your own matter.

      Cons

      No aws, no increment unless your supervisor/manager fight for you, double standard, micromanagement, be careful of colleague/manager backstab on you.
