Pros

Very little. Just some good co-employees and the salary (that too very less as per the industry standards). And, you will easily get leaves when you require. Also, there is a provision for Work From Home (though the boss never want anyone to WFH because he thinks people sleep at home and not work).

Cons

The Director Mr. Khamir Purohit is a psychopath. He has no business acumen. He thinks of himself as a corporate boss but actually runs the company like a departmental store. He treats his employees like slaves. He expects them to work for 12 hours a day and in return, ask for nothing, not even annual appraisal. He sets laughable targets for his employees and make them feel suicidal for not achieving them. I've never seen such a greedy person in my entire life, who think about nothing but money all the time. At the time of appraisal, he'll make you feel like a beggar. Also, there are absolutely no employee benefits. No medical insurance. No PF. No HR cell. Nothing. I've even seen a case here when an employee's father died and this lunatic person was thinking about deducting his salary for being absent. Nothing can be more pathetic. Add to all this, he is suffering from narcissistic disorder and loves bootlickers. There is no management, nothing in the organisation. You'll completely lose your mental sanity.

Pros

Thanks to personal feedback and a great mentor who knows what he is talking about, this is a great place to actually learn! Unlike big organizations, work is actually thoroughly checked on multiple levels before being sent to the client.

Cons

Pay was a little bit of an issue because the company was just starting out at the time. I'm sure it has improved now.

Pros

Solid exposure to different industries and writing formats, which helps sharpen skills quickly. Tight-knit team with approachable colleagues, making collaboration smoother. Processes are fairly well-defined, so you get clarity on expectations. Good place for freshers to build a strong foundation in professional writing. Work-life balance is generally good thanks to the work-from-home format, giving flexibility and comfort to employees.

Cons

Compensation and benefits don’t always feel in line with industry standards. Workload can get heavy at times, with quick turnarounds being the norm. Limited opportunities for long-term career growth or upskilling within the organization.
