Is this your company?

It was a good experience only because of the brilliant co-workers - Content Writer LexiConn Content Services Employee Review

Pros

At the time I worked here, there were many smart, open-minded and fun people in their 20s. If it wasn't for them and the good clients at the time, I would have not liked the experience as much. The work life balance is good and it's not as chaotic as other agencies can get.

Cons

The management is a one-person thing. So nothing is standard. It's all on the basis of the likes and dislikes of the CEO. He can be a nice mentor if he wishes but he tends to follow theory X of management where he just assumes that employees inherently dislike work and will try to evade it and the only way to motivate them is to punish them. At times he would get weird and play mind games and it was very juvenile and petty and not something a CEO should do.

Pros

Thanks to personal feedback and a great mentor who knows what he is talking about, this is a great place to actually learn! Unlike big organizations, work is actually thoroughly checked on multiple levels before being sent to the client.

Cons

Pay was a little bit of an issue because the company was just starting out at the time. I'm sure it has improved now.

Pros

Solid exposure to different industries and writing formats, which helps sharpen skills quickly. Tight-knit team with approachable colleagues, making collaboration smoother. Processes are fairly well-defined, so you get clarity on expectations. Good place for freshers to build a strong foundation in professional writing. Work-life balance is generally good thanks to the work-from-home format, giving flexibility and comfort to employees.

Cons

Compensation and benefits don’t always feel in line with industry standards. Workload can get heavy at times, with quick turnarounds being the norm. Limited opportunities for long-term career growth or upskilling within the organization.
