Pros

Nothing. There’s no reason to work here where you, as an employee, don’t get any respect. And the one person who is responsible for all the chaos in the company is its Director and Founder Khamir Purohit. He has no business acumen and all he knows is how to mint money from by exploiting his clients and employees. He lies with equal confidence to his clients and his employees. Always a blame shifter, he fires the gun putting it on others’ shoulders. He calls himself a leader but is a pathetic joke. He is a psychopath who derives pleasure by harassing his employees and leaves no stone unturned to rob them of their basic rights. He has no work but only to harass his employees all days. No wonder he has not been able to grow even after being more than a decade in business. And going by his nature, he never will. He considers himself a great writer and editor but his work is a piece of trash. He is fit to run a Kirana store and not a company. Also, he is a master in duping money from his employees. Fire yourself Khamir!

Cons

The biggest con is Khamir Purohit. Don't trust him as he is a liar from head to toe. Clients beware, potential employees beware. Whatever he says is all false. And he has no shame.

Pros

Thanks to personal feedback and a great mentor who knows what he is talking about, this is a great place to actually learn! Unlike big organizations, work is actually thoroughly checked on multiple levels before being sent to the client.

Cons

Pay was a little bit of an issue because the company was just starting out at the time. I'm sure it has improved now.

Pros

Solid exposure to different industries and writing formats, which helps sharpen skills quickly. Tight-knit team with approachable colleagues, making collaboration smoother. Processes are fairly well-defined, so you get clarity on expectations. Good place for freshers to build a strong foundation in professional writing. Work-life balance is generally good thanks to the work-from-home format, giving flexibility and comfort to employees.

Cons

Compensation and benefits don’t always feel in line with industry standards. Workload can get heavy at times, with quick turnarounds being the norm. Limited opportunities for long-term career growth or upskilling within the organization.
