This past year we restructured our Policy & Learning Content team, working to improve communication, workflows, accountability and efficiency. Other improvement initiatives include the addition of a Project Manager, project management software implementation, and succession planning with our leadership roles, to minimize the impact of employee transitions. In addition, we have a project underway to improve onboarding and provide long term employee training and we have assigned an experienced team member to head up the project. Other improvement initiatives include cross-training and improved roadmap planning.
Regarding equitable pay, we review compensation across the company periodically and feel that pay is equitable for similar roles. We prioritize compensating team members fairly based on level, tenure, contribution and experience. We ask that you contact a member of our HR team with any ongoing concerns so that we may address these concerns directly.
