Pros
Interesting work in the neurodiversity sector
Cons
Where do I begin? From the higher-ups making false promises and the team being left in the dark about financial challenges, it was all very poorly managed. The leadership team did practically nothing to solve the issues the business was dealing with, leading to mass layoffs for most of the psychological services team. What does it say about a psychological consultancy if they have to lay off nearly all of their junior and senior psychologists? The leadership team is not accommodating of disabled and neurodivergent employees, which is a shame and very ironic considering the brand's ethos is around empowering neurodiversity. I would not recommend this company to anyone, even if you are a potential customer; they do not care for their staff and only care for profit, which is funny considering they are barely generating any revenue. This is what happens when you have unqualified people on leadership teams who don't even know what a workplace needs assessment is. No matter how hard you work, it was not enough - all for them to then make over half their workforce redundant.
