Not very good - Editor Lezhin Employee Review

Working directly with Lezhin has been much better than getting work from translation agencies. They pay you for a month's work within 10 business days from the end of the month, which is a lot faster than most of the agencies I've worked with. They're organized, and editors and administration staff are responsive and helpful. Work is regular - once you take on a title, you translate a set number of episodes per week until the comic is over.

I wish there was an easier/better way to see how your translation was edited. Currently, you have to look at the published version on their platform as if you're a consumer and compare it with the version you submitted if you want to see what/how it was changed.

You can take as much or as little work as you want. You work directly with the company, instead of through an agency. They pay very promptly. They seem pretty well organized, and editors are helpful and responsive.

Nothing in particular. It would be nice if you can choose which comic (or which genre) to translate, but that's rarely the case unless you are a literary translator, so it's not really a complaint, just a comment.
