Experience within a MSB startup. There are some members of the team who are passionate about their work, invested in the company's growth, and genuinely care about the people around them. Hybrid working schedule is available.
Cons
A lot of the issues traced back to leadership not really understanding or having the knowledge needed the work they were responsible for. Calls were made with a lot of certainty but missed important realities on the ground, which meant the team often spent time redoing things or trying to figure out what was actually being asked. New ideas were welcomed on paper but rarely went anywhere, and pushing back or doing things differently wasn't received well. The work environment also felt harder for those employees who had less ability to walk away.
