Pros
Everyone is so nice. There's so much to learn, but if you ask questions, they're a lot of people who will help. There's a lot of training material so it can be overwhelming, and it's self-paced, so you just kind of have to stick with it at first. A lot of job shadowing, and everyone you shadow is really helpful and will answer questions. The managers do a good job of showing you your goals and walking you through what areas you really need to focus on during training and also if you want to be promoted. They are really supportive of wanting the best for their employees. Sometimes they have food trucks and parties. Days go by fast because it's always busy.
Cons
It's very much a customer service job, so if you aren't used to that it can get stressful sometimes.
