      Working with people who are old school, blue collar regular joes

      Cons

      SLT doesnt mingle with the lower staff often. Zero org meetings, like quarterly reviews. HR is boo boo and not there for the people, only there for a paycheck.

      Pros

      There are little employee appreciation days: Ice Cream, Cookies. A lot of nearby lunch options.

      Cons

      Insurance is very expensive. Management keeps changing. Constantly understaffed. When anything goes wrong, Management looks for a scapegoat to pin it on.
