Pros
I can't believe the people who have written negative reviews. You know exactly what you are getting into when you go through the hiring process. This job is PERFECT for a stay at home mom who wants to make extra income. That's how I started out, and now I live in a city that happens to have lice jobs coming in on a daily basis, so I go on a job most days and make around $400 a week, while only working LESS than 15 hours a week!! And the pay is exactly what it should be. There is a LOT that goes into the back end of the business, so the money that clients pay goes toward so many other areas other than the technician's cut. $30 an hour is a great rate, considering Lice Doctors pays for our milage as well as gives out numerous bonuses. And if I happen to not be available to go on a job, I simply say no and let them know when I AM available. All in all, I LOVE making people's day, so this job is a perfect fit for me.
Cons
Training is good but not great. It would be far better to have someone in person face to face, even though what they do provide is pretty extensive. I don't like that I have to buy all my supplies up front, however my very first lice job payed for the supplies and then some.
