Pros
At least it's near central station.
Cons
Terrible management, chaotic, blame culture, bullying. At interview was told I would be contracted for full time hours, when I received my contract it said "No minimum hours", in other words a Zero Hours Contract. No sick pay for first two years, causing floor staff to have to attend work with flu etc and spreading it to other staff. You have to buy your own work uniform and this, again is not mentioned at interview. Shameful and unprofessional behaviour from one manager in particular, discussing previous staff's confidential mental health issues in a derogatory way. Same manager made callous remarks about another member of staff's critically ill mother. Online payslips never worked, turned out this was common knowledge yet was still advised to use it, in the end had to demand a paper pay slip. A general sense that everything is poorly planned and badly thought out. The least professional organisation I have had the misfortune to work for.
