Pros

-benefits package -fun team -? I think that's it

Cons

-Having to stay all day regardless if you have a client or not ie. working for free! -Management is filled with egotistical, narcissists on power trips -Upper management = all American making it difficult for growth as a Canadian. Many of which I question their qualifications, ethics and knowledge. -Money suckers! They will sell sell sell relentlessly without providing much benefit to do so -Performance based; if you do not meet goal you're out! Despite your connections with clients -Watch out for assistant managers they are snakes who steal all the sales -It seems those who excel in this role become brain washed drones. -You can scrape by if you sign away your life and sell your soul to them -As a member watch your payments; they always double charge or include hidden fees!

Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

Cons

Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
