Pros
Free membership to the best gym around. I get to bring my kids to work with me. Fun environment, great leadership! High standards of cleanliness and they have the BEST Group Fitness classes around! I love our GM and sales floor. Truly a great place to work.Fun activities, constantly trying to improve.
Cons
Meat market ...But what gym isn't? They expect perfection out of us, but don't pay us for how hard we work. Although the free membership helps compensate for low pay, i rarely get to workout because i am so tired from the hard days work. Very physically demanding. Not enough positive reinforcement.
