      People can afford personal training. Some of the staff was helpful.

      Cons

      Management is money hungry and there is a large bias between member ship sales advisors and certain PT staff

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
