I understand that a company's success is dependent on its ability to create new revenue, but a Fitness Corporation's philosophy should primarily focus on the health and wellbeing of its members.
LT only sees new members as dollar signs. They care about a member only when they open their wallet, rather than that member's individual progress, success, and overall experience of the club.
There is an astronomically high turnover rate because employees are valued not by the success of their work with their existing clients, but by how much more money they can bring the club, while simultaneously being paid as little as possible. Employees are often asked to do tasks well outside their job description with no extra incentive nor compensation.
Speaking from personal experience: If you don't stand up for yourself in this place, you will get taken advantage of.
