Cons
The irony in this company named Life is Good is that almost all of the employees that have the title "Lead" in their job description or have tenure of 5+ years working here are some of the most miserable, egotistical, passive aggressive, fake, and in some cases racists people I have ever worked with. The pay is ok, but a great work ethic and being a genuine good person to others doesn't get you anywhere. Almost never any raises or even reviews for that matter. No growth. They take advantage of some employees by expecting more responsibilities beyond their job title but refuse to even discuss them in the position because they don't want to pay you what you're worth. Unprofessionalism in management approach to the processes of operations.
