- You rub shoulders with some of the most interesting/inspiring/intelligent people (really). - You're encouraged and supported on a daily basis to stretch yourself to learn/explore something entirely new. - The startup environment forces you to hone your craft -- every move counts. - Everyone is truly happy to be here because it seems that individually, we each believe in the mission of the company, in its founders, and in its future.
Cons
With all startups, it's an unstructured environment that is fast-paced and full of both uncertainty and ambiguity... but you'll learn more here in a day than you would elsewhere in a year.
