Pros
Amazing coworkers, lots of experienced/tenured professionals with decades of industry experience. Very difficult, tedious, and complicated projects with multiple major pipelines and multiple projects running concurrently. Smaller sized studio for the work being done, and many opportunities to cross-train and learn new skills, techniques, and processes.
Cons
Major flaws and consistent issues with designs at base levels. High turn over rate, and problems with overall employee moral due to multiple stressors and low pay compared to industry standard rates. Shortcuts in processes began to happen all around the shop due to deadlines that were made impossible due to previously outlined design flaws, improperly trained newhires, and other various issues. High stress environment with high tensions between management and employees due to immensely high bar for quality as well as speed. Space required constant shifting of workplaces within the shop,
