Pros
Strong leadership which nurturs employee development and gives us the freedom to get the job done. No micromanagment and a very transparent methodology of sharing strategy and communication. They genuinely seem to care about the employees on a personal level.
Cons
Very sales driven and focused on revenues leading to a customer-centric culture. This is far from a con however many of the customers that we're highly encourgaged to support and work with on a daily basis are unappreciative, demanding, entitled and often rude.
