      Caring company, mental health is taken seriously for both staff and clients. Great benefits including a few like reimbursement of 1/2 of your medical insurance, very good company match for retirement. Yearly raises.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than average for position, but welcoming culture and benefits help make that up.

      Great hours Monday thru Friday

      Cons

      Not set up for success. Pay is horrible. Say they will train you but this is not true. Management are a bunch of bullies. Wolves in sheep clothing. Do not take this job. Nurses are expected to code/bill/take a therapy class and pass a state test. If you don’t meet their productivity you are shamed. You do not have your own office
