I can't seem to get actual information on how patient is paying and what Lifestance is charging for cash paying and financially assisted patients. I just found out I am seeing several patients for 10 to $15 per appointment due to arrangements made by billing . They give people breaks but the provider is not in the decision making loop . The EHR platform is horrible and something goes wrong several times a week. When you're trying to get work done, having your system go down really makes your job difficult. Life stance purchased this well running private clinic and is turning it into a corporate nightmare. Company is hell bent on expansion when they do not have the administrative staff to support it. Administrative services for providers and clinicians has dramatically decreased and more is falling on us. It takes longer to get things done which can result in loss of income because you can't see as many patients. But they still take their percentage of fees. If you complain and make noise they'll target you to get you out.
