Pros

You get to work with customers every day and a fun creative environment I also manage a staff of up to 20 people which makes it a rewarding opportunity to train and develop those Associates into leadership roles

Cons

Working weekends and many on-call shifts very little training and development once you're hired very little raises working for the company 12 years only about 6 years did they give raises to employees because of poor company performance

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
