Pros

Great atmosphere and associates. Weekends and holidays off. Though there's no REAL photography involved it's still nice to be photographing than serving fast food or retail at minimum wage!

Cons

Ridiculous hours, like 4 am - 5 pm days. Long drive to location EVERY day, only 25 cents per mile! LOTS of time during lay off season. No creative input at all. Hard to make ends meet at the VERY low wage for the amount of hard work we put in. No real recognition from upper management, unless you're friends with them.

Pros

The culture at Lifetouch is truly unbeatable. The company and it's employees are very passionate about what we do as a whole. Good work/life balance.

Cons

I do feel as though we could look at more ways for people to grow in their career here at Lifetouch.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
