Pros
The veteran photographers are an amazing team of people who genuinely care about each other and want to do as good a job as they can. In office management is good aside from a couple of outliers. No day is exactly the same so that keeps you on your toes.
Cons
The company has been sold twice in the last 2 years and the company is constantly changing policy. Because of this certain employees are expected to do more or the same amount of work with less hours to do so. Corporate office has no regard for the field employees and only care about money being made.
