Pros

Because you work with school systems, you will typically get the same Holidays that a school gets. Unfortunately, you don't get paid for these days, so it is a double edged sword. I learned a lot about photography.

Cons

Inconsistent work, seasonal layoffs, low pay, must use your own vehicle and are not compensated nearly enough to account for wear and tear, gas, tires, maintenance, vehicle depreciation etc.. Very early hours, long hours without eating or breaks.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
