• LifeWave underpays their employees. You will never earn what you are worth, and will never see any bonuses, even when the company does well. • When the company doesn't do well, they let people go - but not based on performance (since they don't do performance reviews) - so even if you perform well, it doesn't really matter. It seems to be mostly a popularity contest. • They don't even operate on a budget. Seriously. Whoever heard of such a thing!? • Zero opportunities to advance, especially if you are a woman. • You'll never know how the company is doing, there is no transparency. • It’s a revolving door - constantly people leaving and coming in. • Zero company culture.
